  • Then, your item is shipped to your location.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

  • We religiously aim to ship the products as soon as possible so that it reaches you within 9 to 12 working days

  • In a few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

C) Can I track my order?

  • Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Shanzandnikz with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click “TRACK ORDER” to check how long will your product take to get delivered.

C) Are there any shipping charges?

  • Shanzandnikz offers free shipping within India.

D) Do you provide a Cash on Delivery method?

  • We do not provide COD as of now.

E) How are orders packaged?

  • We go an extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage.

  • So far, Shanzandnikz has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.

F) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

  • Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order, by mailing us on - support@shanzandnikz or watsapp our customer support team at +91-9326862648.

G) We also provide the feature of customisation for most of the products on our website. You can choose the customization option and place an order . Also , kindly email us or watsapp us your custom measurements as per the required size chart.


Shanzandnikz provides worldwide shipments. We happily offer our customers lucrative shipping for all international orders.

Shipping Charges depends upon the weight of the parcel.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer.

As the recipient, you are liable for all applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes(If any) levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Exchanges and Return are not applicable on international orders.
